I’m currently an Associate Platform Engineer at Fullsteam, where I help design and maintain secure, scalable systems that power the company’s suite of integrated business and payment platforms. Within the Enterprise Services team, I focus on advancing Fullsteam’s cloud-first infrastructure and automation practices—optimizing performance, enhancing reliability, and supporting the company’s mission to deliver modern, comprehensive business management solutions.
Before joining Fullsteam, I worked at Auburn University’s Office of Information Technology, where I supported both on-premises and cloud-based systems. My responsibilities centered on improving system security, performance, and maintainability. Earlier in my career, with ACES-Ag IT at Auburn, I provided end-to-end technical support across hardware, software, and network environments—strengthening my foundation in programming, macOS administration, and IT systems engineering.
